01What does the €300 diagnosis include?
A week of work on your real operation: we map your processes (BPMN) across marketing, sales, delivery and administration, spot improvements and automation opportunities, review each one from a cybersecurity angle and hand you a roadmap prioritised by impact and risk. You keep a real deliverable even if we don't continue.
02What happens after the diagnosis?
If something pays off, we propose the system design: which tools, which workflows and what outcome to expect, at a fixed price. You see everything before you approve anything. And if you go ahead with the implementation within 30 days, the €300 diagnosis is credited in full.
03When is a delivery considered finished?
When it meets three criteria: it's stable (it doesn't break in normal use), documented (anyone on your team understands what it does) and autonomous (it runs without us stepping in). If one is missing, it isn't delivered. Then we run a launch session with your team.
04Is monthly maintenance mandatory?
No. The system is yours and keeps running without us. Maintenance is optional, with no lock-in: it covers adjustments, improvements and new automations as the business grows, and you can cancel anytime. A period of adjustments after delivery is also included.
