What we do

What we do for you.

We combine process improvement, automation, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity so your company saves time, reduces errors and grows without adding complexity or risk.

01

AI strategy and consulting

Before implementing, we streamline. We analyse processes, spot bottlenecks and prioritise where AI generates real value.

02

Automation and workflows

We connect your tools and eliminate repetitive manual work. What you do by hand today starts happening on its own.

03

AI agents and custom tools

Assistants and custom tools that understand your business and work inside your processes, not around them.

04

AI implementation and integration

We take the solution to production, integrated with what you already use. A working system, tested and documented.

05

Cybersecurity and risk control

We review access, data and dependencies in every proposal. If something isn't secure, it isn't implemented: AI adds value without opening the door to new risks.

01 · Who's behind it

Processes first. Technology second.

I come from over 15 years managing processes in industrial environments, where a badly designed process isn't an inconvenience — it's cost, delay and real risk. That's the culture I bring to every project.

The approach

First I streamline. Then I automate.

Automating a broken process just produces chaos faster. My starting point is always to understand how your operation really works before proposing any tool.

The tool

AI is the means, not the end.

I don't sell you technology. I sell you a system that works better. Make, n8n, GPT, Google Workspace — whatever the case needs, integrated with what you already use.

My commitment

No hype. No made-up metrics.

If I don't see something concrete I can improve in your business, I'll tell you. We start with a low-risk diagnosis so you see how I think before committing to anything big.

The mindset

It's not about getting there fast.

It's about getting far. Operational improvement isn't a sprint — it's a system that's built well and sustained over time. That's the difference between a tool and an asset.

02 · The problem

What's costing you time, money and peace of mind today.

Hours lost on tasks that could run by themselves.

Invoices entered by hand, reports rebuilt from scratch every Monday, data copied from one tool to another. Work that eats your team's time without generating any value.

Processes that live in one person's head.

If that person is away, the process stops. There's no documentation, no system — just habit. Scaling like that isn't possible: every bit of growth depends on hiring more people to do the same thing.

Tools that don't talk to each other.

The CRM isn't connected to the spreadsheet. Email doesn't feed any record. You have tools, but you don't have a system. The result is duplicated information, errors and time lost searching for data.

“Most SMEs don't have an effort problem. They have an operational architecture problem. And that can be redesigned.”

03 · Who it's for

This is for you if…

It's for you

  • You run an SME or lead a small team — with no in-house tech department.
  • There are repetitive tasks in your operation that you feel “someone should automate”.
  • You want concrete results, not a long project that leads nowhere.
  • You value a direct contact who understands the business, not just the technology.

It's not for you

  • You're looking for a generic off-the-shelf solution with no implementation process.
  • You want just the tool, with no prior diagnosis or process improvement.
  • You expect results without spending 1-2 initial hours explaining how your business works.
  • You'd rather keep doing things the way you always have than adapt something new.

04 · The method

Five steps. One direction.

I don't start by building. I start by understanding. Each phase delivers something concrete and sets up the next.

01

AI & Cyber diagnosis

We map your real processes (BPMN) across the 4 areas —marketing, sales, delivery and administration—, spot improvements and opportunities (first optimise, then automate), review each one from a cybersecurity angle and hand you a roadmap prioritised by impact and risk. Before touching anything.

1 week · €300 · 100% credited if you hire within 30 days
02

System design

We propose the automation architecture tailored to your case. You see the full plan — which tools, which flows, which expected outcome — before approving the implementation.

Per project
03

Implementation

We build and integrate the automated flows with the tools you already use. Every delivery passes quality control before going live in your real operation.

Per project
04

Handover and activation

A documented system, running in production. An activation session with your team so they operate the system without depending on technical support for daily use.

Per project
05

Ongoing maintenance

Monthly support for adjustments, improvements and scaling. The system grows with your business. Optional — the system belongs to you and doesn't depend on me to keep running.

Monthly · optional

05 · Deliverables

What you get. Nothing vague.

Everything that goes into the project is put in writing and delivered as a concrete artefact.

Operational diagnosis report

Map of current processes, estimated weekly hours lost and a prioritised automation roadmap.

Automated system(s) in production

Flows built and integrated with your current tools. Tested before delivery.

Usage documentation

A plain-language operating manual. Anyone on your team understands what the system does and how to supervise it.

Activation session

A live handover session with your team. The system is explained piece by piece until you're in control of it.

Post-delivery support

An adjustment period included. Extendable through optional monthly maintenance.

Improvement roadmap

A list of recommended next automations to keep scaling the operation.

A delivery is only ready when it meets three criteria: Stable (doesn't break under normal use) · Documented (anyone understands what it does) · Autonomous (runs without me stepping in). If one is missing, it isn't delivered.

06 · Projects · 2026

No hype. With judgement.

We don't have a wall of client logos yet — we're a young agency and we say so with pride. What we do have is something more honest: our own operation and these systems already running. We practise what we preach.

Real automations we've already built — the same ones we set up for you. Click any of them to see it in detail:

Invoicing management

No more typing invoices by hand: AI reads your invoices and receipts, extracts amount, taxes and supplier, and records them in your accounting.

n8n AI Accounting VPS

AI support triage

Classifies each ticket by intent, urgency and risk, answers what's resolvable and escalates only the complex ones to a person.

n8n AI Gmail

24/7 virtual receptionist

An AI agent on Telegram that understands text and audio, answers questions and books appointments on its own. Escalates to a human if needed.

n8n AI Calendar

This very website

Designed and built by us: form and bookings connected to automations, an AI assistant in chat and voice, our own cookieless analytics and 100% GDPR-compliant. And with security taken care of: we control who can use its services, set usage limits and protect the AI agents against malicious use.

Talk to Koru, our AI agent

Koru, our AI agent in chat and voice, currently speaks Spanish — an English version is on the way. In the meantime, the best next step is a quick call: tell me your case and I'll show you how we'd automate it.

And the first step is always in your favour: the €300 diagnosis leaves you a real deliverable even if we don't continue, and it's credited 100% if you hire within 30 days.

07 · Result + timeline

Before and after.

The change I bring about is concrete: your operation stops depending on you being present in every detail.

Today

  • · Repetitive tasks that eat up hours of your team every week.
  • · Processes that live in one person's head — if they're away, everything stops.
  • · Disconnected tools: constant copy-paste between systems.
  • · Scaling means hiring more people to do the same thing.
  • · Time spent sustaining the operation, not improving it.

The result

  • Repetitive tasks run on their own. Your team focuses on what matters.
  • Documented and automated processes. The system doesn't depend on anyone.
  • Integrated tools. Information flows with no manual intervention.
  • Scaling means switching on the next workflow, not hiring.
  • Time recovered to grow, improve and make better decisions.

08 · Investment

The ladder. No surprises.

Each step delivers value on its own and sets up the next. You don't have to commit to anything big to start.

09 · Frequently asked questions

What you usually want to know.

If you have any question beyond these, write to me and I'll reply with no commitment.

Do I need technical knowledge to work with you? +

No. We translate everything into plain language and deliver documentation with no jargon. Your team understands what the system does and supervises it without depending on support for day-to-day use.

How much does it cost and how is it paid? +

We start with an AI and cybersecurity diagnosis of €300 (+VAT, one-off) that leaves a real deliverable even if we don't continue. And it's credited 100% if you hire the implementation within 30 days: the diagnosis stops being a cost and becomes an investment.

How long does it take? +

The diagnosis takes a week. The implementation project depends on scope, but we close it with concrete timelines before starting. No surprises.

What happens if I stop working with you? +

The system is yours: it stays documented and running without depending on me. There's no lock-in — monthly maintenance is optional and you cancel whenever you want.

My company is small, is it worth it? +

I work precisely with SMEs and small teams with no tech department. We start with the low-risk diagnosis: if I don't see a concrete improvement, I'll tell you.

Which tools do you work with? +

Whatever your case needs — Make, n8n, GPT, Google Workspace — always integrated with what you already use. We don't lock you into any particular technology.

Shall we start?

The first step is a 20-minute call — free, no commitment. We map your first process and you see how I think before deciding anything.
