01Are these real cases?
Yes. They're systems we've built and that are running today. We're a young consultancy: instead of a wall of logos, we show you how they work under the hood. The data in the demos is sample data, so nobody's information is exposed.
02How does invoice automation work?
You take a photo of the invoice or forward the PDF on Telegram. AI reads it and extracts the supplier, date, net amount, VAT and total; files it in your Drive by year and month and logs it in a monthly spreadsheet, ready for your accountant. No typing at all.
03What does an appointment agent on messaging do?
It handles the enquiries that come in on Telegram, as text or voice messages: it answers questions, checks availability and books the appointment. Anything it shouldn't handle alone, it passes to a person. And it says from the very start that it's an AI assistant, as the law requires.
04Can it be adapted to my business?
Yes: these cases are a starting point, not an off-the-shelf product. In the diagnosis we look at how you work today, which tools you use and where time gets lost, and we adapt the workflow to your operation. If your case doesn't look like any of these, we'll look into it too.
